How to climb 30 pitches in 9. Matt and I went for a super challenge yesterday at Tahquitz rock in Idyllwild. Starting our first climb at 7.55am we managed to climb the following routes:1. Whodunit, 5.9 – 8 pitches (climbed in 3)2. Finger trip, 5.7 – 3 pitches (climbed in 1)3. Consolation, 5.9 – 7 pitches (climbed in 2)4. White Maiden's Walkway, 5.4 – 7 pitches (climbed 5.6 variation in 1 pitch)5. Angel's Fright, 5.6 – 5 pitches (climbed in 2 pitches)Including all descents via friction descent and short breaks it took us 11h and 40min. Tahquitz… The last little bit of "the trough" one of the best entry level traditional multi-pitch climbs in Southern California. This was also the first climbed route at Tahquitz in the 1930's.
