Upon request and for groups of 6 climbers and larger we prepare a nutritious healthy lunch consisting of:
- 1 sandwich or wrap or bagel (various veggies, Hummus or Garlic creme, Cheese optional)
- 1 piece of fruit (apple, banana or other seasonal fruit)
- 1 bar (Clif bar or Larabar)
